Booking Confirmation Policy:

For Booking Confirmation, Only 40%Of The Total听 Package听 Cost Must Deposited In Our Company鈥檚 Account. After Receiving The Payment,听听 We Will Process Your Booking Immediately And Issue The Confirmation Reciept. You Are Requested To Carry The Issued Documents Print-Out Copy With You In During The Trip. The Remaining 60% payment has to be paid 3 days prior to departure.听

Cancellation Policy:
If the Client is willing to amend or听 cancel听 his/her听 booking听 because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover听 Cancellation听 charges from the Client. All听 cancellations听 are to be communicated in written , a further charge will be levied as follows:-

For postpone of tour听 packages听 are to be communicated in written听 and听 need to be inform us at least 15 days prior of tour date.
路INR听 20%/- will be charged extra for听 Postpone of the tour
路30 days prior to departure of the tour 30% of total tour cost.
路30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
路14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 60% of total tour cost.
.听If Booking Is Cancelled After Confirmation & Issuing The Confirmation Voucher. Then Rs.听 2500听 (Per Person) Cancellation Charges Applicable as Communication Service Fees.
