Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Shikara Ride

  Board the flight from Delhi to Srinagar. Arrive at the airport and experience our prompt transfer and check-in at the houseboat. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. The evening is reserved for a Shikara ride on the Dal Lake. (01 hr ride with 04 pax on one Shikara). Stay overnight at the houseboat in Srinagar.
  
  Everlasting Dal Lake:
  The Lake has its own floating Market and lots of mersmerising Scenery of Dal Lake and char Chinar Makes it more More charming.
• Day 2 : Temple

  Visit famous Mughal Gardens ( Nishat, Shalimar Cheshma Shahi ) & Shankaracharaya Temple).
  
  Nishat Bagh(Garden of Pleasure):
  Completed in the year 1634 during the reign of emperor jehangir, 9 kms from touristreception centre, is the largest and most popular of the Moghul Gardens having seven terraces with lush green lawns, beautiful flower beds, imposing chinar trees and a stream flowing down the centre. it provides a breath-taking view of dal lake and is visited by tourists and locals in huge numbers.
  
  Shalimar Bagh(13kms):
  The "garden of love" built by Moghul Emperor Jehangir from 1616-1619, for his beautiful queen Nur Jehan with black marble carved "diwan-i-khas"used for royal banquets and "diwan-i-aam" for public audience. the cascading fountains and bright flower beds in summer and mighty chinars with gloden leaves in autumn make it more charming.
  
  Pari Mahal(Place of Fairies):
  3kms from Cheshma-Shahi, the mystic monument, surrounded by a beautiful garden, was built by Dara Shikoh, the son of Shahjahan, in pursuit of his interest in spirituality and astrology.
  
  Tulip Garden:
  tulip garden located on the entrance to Cheshmashashi, Srinagar has become a major attraction for tourist and lovers of flora and fauna in early spring to watch hundreds of thousands of tulips in widespread variety and multiple colours in full bloom. the garden- a dream project of nature loving former chief minister Mr Gh Azad is all set to become one of the largest tulip gardens of the worlds.a visit during tulip season with cool and fresh breeze will prove soul lifting in our own backyard of the mother nature instead of having to travel to amsterdam incuring huge amount.
  
  The Shankaracharya Temple:
  Located on top of 1000 ft. hill known as Takht-I-Sulaiman, reachable by 5 kms of tarredroad from nehru park or on foot from durganag side, the historiians differ about who amongst the king solomon, king Ashoka'Sson Jaluka or emperor Jehangir built the temple dating back to 3000-200 bc. the common belief, however,is that the temple got its present name from a great hindu saint Shankaracharya who visited kashmir about 1000 years ago for revival of hinduism in the region.he is believed to have stayed on the top of the hill by the side of the temple. A visitor can have a Panaromic view of Srinagar City from here and as such is also a photographers delight.

• Day 3 : Gulmarg

  Day trip to Gulmarg. Full day at leisure to take the leisurely walks on the lush green meadows of flowers with a backdrop of the snow capped mountains.
  
  Gulmarg
  Gulmarg meaning "The Meadow Of Flower" remained a favourite hill resort of the romantic emperor Jehangir and his beautiful queen Nurjehan. It was also patronized and developed by the Britishers during their rule who set up a Gilf Coarse in 1904 which is the highest green golf course in the world. Gulmarg's spell binding beauty with attractive meadow of flowers attracted the legendry love couple King Yousuf Shah Chak and renowned poetess Habba Khatoon. Apart from Gilf, Gindola Cable Car has become a major attraction for tourists. Gulmarg - the country's premier ski resort - comes into its own during winter when it recieves heavy snowfall, it is referred as alps because of the ski slopes and other similarites. It has some of the best slopes and is ideally suited for learning skiing. It has been the venue for holding major national winter games.
  
  Sight Seeing at Gulmarg
  Gulmarg has been one of the favourite spots for film shootings and hundreds of successful movies have been shot here. It has rani temple and an old saint mary's church atop a meadow hill. A children's park and a lake developed recently have become a major draw.
  
  Khilanmarg
  6kms from Gulmarg an uphill journey through beautiful pine forests gets rewarded with a magnificient view and a presence of snow even during summer. It can be reached by taking a pony ride or cable car(gondola).
  
  Alpathar Lake
  A magnificient Lake at an altitude of 3850 metrs and 13 kms from Gulmarg via Khilanmarg is rare experience.
