Embark on an exhilarating 9-day bike trekking adventure through Kenya’s diverse landscapes, from rolling hills and vast plains to wildlife-rich reserves and lush tea plantations.

This cycling journey takes you from Nairobi through the rugged trails of Ngong and Suswa, into the famed Maasai Mara, and across the highlands of Bomet and Kericho. Ride past the Great Rift Valley lakes of Nakuru, Bogoria, and Naivasha, encountering breathtaking wildlife, rich cultures, and stunning scenery. A perfect mix of adventure, endurance, and nature exploration.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : NAIROBI- SUSWA

  Leave Nairobi at 0830hrs for Ngong (cycling starting point) at an elevation of 1961 meters above sea level. At this point you have an amazing view of the great rift valley below you, Mt Longonot, Mt Suswa and the Ngong hills. Once at the starting point take approximately 30mins for refreshments and equipments setting up. Cycle your decent, down the rift valley while enjoying the spectacular nature around you to Suswa for your camping/Lodge/hotel.

• Day 2 : FULL DAY CYCLING

  Wake up energetic for another day full of fun and adventure. After breakfast start your day cycling to Mt Suswa for your hike up the mountain and enjoy the breathtaking experience.

• Day 3 : SUSWA – NAROK/ MAASAI MARA

  After breakfast begin your day with a transfer from Suswa to Narok – Ewaso Ng’iro junction . At this point take your refreshment and equipment ready for the scenic cycling along the Narok -Mara – Sekenani road , where you will have the opportunity to view the loita hills , loita plains and Savannah , as well the unforgettable chance of sighting wild animals just to mention a few; antelopes ,zebras ,giraffe and many other . Check in to the lodge/tented camp and have dinner.

• Day 4 : MAASAI MARA ( full day)

  After breakfast embark on a full day bush safari in the vast Savannah grassland of the great Mara, accompanied with a picnic lunch . The day can be complimented with a balloon safari and or maasai village

• Day 5 : MARA/TALEK – BOMET - KERICHO

  Another day is here that seeks to drain your adrenaline. We believe that you are still energetic. After breakfast start your cycling adventure around 0700hrs leaving Talek to Bomet along Mulot Bomet highway approximately 93 kilometers. Your day is packed with mind blowing scenes with beautiful slopes and great atmosphere for your cycling. After Bomet a transfer to Kerocho town dinner and overnight.

• Day 6 : KERICHO – NAKURU - BOGORIA

  Leave the hotel/lodge 0700hrs to Nakuru by transfer for the day’s cycling start. At Nakuru do some refreshment and equipment set up and commence the bike trekking. Start the cycling to Bogoria spa approximately 89 kilometers. Enjoy the landscape and sisal plantations on your way, hot springs and geysers, lesser and greater flamingos, lesser Kudu, Antelopes and many birds species. Check in to the hotel/lodge for dinner and overnight.

• Day 7 : BOGORIA – NAIVASHA

  After breakfast check out of the hotel/lodge, relax and enjoy the transfer drive to Naivasha with the great scenic views along the way. Check in at the hotel/lodge and have lunch. After lunch leave the hotel/lodge for a boat ride and game walk at the crescent island and then back to the hotel/lodge.

• Day 8 : NAIVASHA

  Leave the hotel/lodge after breakfast to hells gate national park via Elsa gate. Enjoy your cycling through the park with spectacular views rocks and cliffs and learn the history of the park and jog your memories to shooting of movies like Out of Africa, The lion king, Tomb raider and many more. As you cycle through enjoy game watching for animals like warthog, antelopes, giraffes, dikdik, buffaloes and many more. Leave your bikes at the entrance of Ol Njorowa gorge and hike down with the help of a gorge tour guide. Be ready to enjoy the amazing gorge hike.

• Day 9 : NAIVASHA- NAIROBI

  Check out from your hotel/lodge after breakfast and proceed to Nairobi by transfer though Mai mahiu Nairobi route. Enjoy the drive with beautiful scenes as you climb out of the great rift valley with a stop over at the view point. Proceed to Nairobi for lunch/check-in/city tour or airport transfer.
